Medusa Networks offers a variety of services to meet your print, digital and design needs. Depending on which services you use, we collect different types of personal data from different sources. Profile Information. We may collect demographic information about you, such as your gender, country and preferred language, and other information about your interests and preferences, including your preferred templates and work on designs or products.
For example, if you are a designer using our services, we store the data from the profile you create and the content you share with other users, such as professional background, time zone, location, avatar, design concepts and templates, service offerings, and news and testimonials. Some of this data is part of your public profile and will be publicly visible.
Communications and Marketing. When you contact our customer service teams or otherwise communicate with us (e.g. via social media), we will also collect data from you from these communications, either in relation to feedback you provide to us or help you request in relation to the use of our products and services. We will also collect your preferences for receiving direct marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.Forms. From time to time you may have the opportunity to enter prize draws, competitions or surveys. If you enter, we will collect certain personal information from you and may disclose it publicly.
Reviews. We may also ask you to write a review to share your experience with others. - Communicate with you through various channels: to communicate with you about your account or order, including about the provision of related customer service; to send you communications in connection with your use of our Services, such as. reminders regarding your drafts in progress; to notify you when you receive new messages from another user; to respond to your requests and enquiries; to send you important updates and announcements regarding our websites and apps or our products and services (e.g., product recalls or security issues); and to invite you to provide us with your feedback on our services and our customer service team.
- Marketing our products and services to you to support our marketing and promotional activities, including sending you offers and promotions for our products and services or for products and services offered .
- Personalisation: to provide integrated and personalized services, products and offers, including conducting marketing and/or market research; to personalize our communications with you; to customize the content displayed to provide features and data that match your interests and preferences; and to group users of our services, for example, based on usage and demographic data.
